What areas do you serve

I serve homeowners within a 30 mile radius of Northwood NH. This includes Strafford, Deerfield, Nottingham, Pittsfield, Epsom, Barrington, Raymond, Chichester, Lee, Loudon, Concord, Dover, Rochester, Durham, Pembroke, Hooksett, Allenstown, Bow, Exeter, and Newmarket.

 

Do you work on small jobs

Yes. I handle everything from small repairs to full day projects. If it needs to be fixed, installed, tightened, leveled, replaced, or rescued from a DIY attempt, I can help.

 

Do you offer free quotes

Yes. You can call or text me anytime and I will give you a clear, simple quote based on your project.

 

Do you work weekends

I schedule work Monday through Saturday depending on availability.

Scheduling and Process

How do I schedule a job

Just call or text me at 603 219 4572. No apps. No portals. No waiting days for a reply.

 

Do I need to be home during the work

Not always. As long as I have access to the work area, I can complete most jobs while you are at work or running errands.

 

How far out are you booked

It depends on the season, but I always try to fit in smaller jobs quickly.

 

Do you offer emergency repairs

Yes. If something breaks and you need help fast, reach out and I will do my best to get there.

Pricing and Payment

How do you price your work

I price based on the time, materials, and complexity of the job. I communicate everything clearly so there are no surprises.

Do you require deposits

For larger projects over 1000 dollars, a 50 percent deposit may be required.

What payment methods do you accept

Cash, PayPal (3% processing fee applies), Zelle, Cash App, Venmo (2% processing fee applies), Apple Pay, Checks, Bank Transfer/ACH (1% processing fee applies), and all major credit cards (3% processing fee applies)

Do you charge a travel fee

Only if the job is more than 30 miles from Northwood NH. In that case, there is a 25 dollar flat fee per day.

Flooring Questions

What types of flooring do you install

I install tile, hardwood, vinyl click lock, vinyl glue down, and linoleum.

 

Do you install flooring the homeowner provides

Yes. Most of my flooring jobs use customer supplied materials.

 

Do you remove old flooring

Yes. I can remove carpet, laminate, vinyl, tile, or hardwood.

 

Do you install quarter round

Yes. It gives the job a clean, finished look.

 

Do you level subfloors

Yes. A flat subfloor is the key to a perfect install.

Repair and Installation Questions

Do you repair drywall

Yes. I repair cracks, holes, seams, water damage, and anything else that needs attention.

 

Do you install light fixtures and ceiling fans

Yes. I install fixtures, fans, and smart lighting.

 

Do you install faucets and toilets

Yes. I install homeowner supplied fixtures and make sure everything is leak free.

 

Do you mount TVs

Yes. I mount TVs securely, level them, and hide cables for a clean look.

 

Do you assemble furniture

Yes. I assemble beds, dressers, desks, shelving, outdoor furniture, and anything from IKEA.

Service Area Questions

Do you work outside the 30 mile radius

Sometimes. It depends on the job. Reach out and I will let you know.

Do you charge more for certain towns

No. All towns within the 30 mile radius are treated the same.
